The system includes: a first roll restraint device for generating anti-roll moment Mst which restrains roll of the vehicle; and a second roll restraint device for generating anti-roll moment Msp and having responsiveness lower than the first roll restraint device. The system controls distribution of the anti-roll moments generated by the first roll restraint device and the second roll restraint device on the basis of the responsiveness.
