PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable delivery of a roll body even when a space for the entry of a production machine or the like is small.SOLUTION: A roll conveying device comprises: a traveling body 32; a pair of transfer devices provided on the traveling body 32; and a pair of roll support bodies 36 moved separately by the pair of transfer devices 34. The transfer devices 34 comprise left and right drive devices 50, front and rear drive devices 52, and upper and lower drive devices 54. The drive devices 50, 52, 54 are mounted so as to be stacked vertically on the traveling body 32. The roll support bodies 36 comprise reception parts 42 for receiving a roll body 10, and fork parts 44 provided below the reception parts. The roll support bodies 36 are attached to the drive devices of the uppermost stage so that the drive devices provided at the uppermost stages of the transfer devices 34 are disposed behind the roll body 10 to be received by the reception parts 42. When the front and rear drive devices 52 move the roll support bodies 36 forward, the fork parts 44 can be displaced to a position where the fork parts 44 protrude outward in a front-back direction Y from a side end part 32a of the traveling body 32.
