The roll feeder device for coil lines of this invention is the roll feeder device (6) for the coil line (1) with which the metal plate (b) such as a steel sheet is intermittently fed to the press (P) by repeating constant-length feeding and stop, has a servomotor as a drive source for intermittently feeding the metal plate (b) to the press (P) and the maximum speed when performing the constant-length feeding in the intermittent feeding is increased or decreased corresponding to the pressing speed of the press (P).
