To provide a roll feeder having the advantages that roll supporting structure is simple and the cleaning and changing of a roll are easy or the like.

The roll feeder is provided with a pair of rolls 9, 10 with which the feed motion of a belt-like material is attained by tightly holding between them and revolving the belt-like material, a supporting member (frame 13) on which each roll 9, 10 is mounted freely rotatably is provided only on one side of the each roll 9, 10. The inside of each the roll 9, 10 is hollow and the each roll 9, 10 has cantilever supporting structure in which the each roll 9, 10 is mounted on a shaft 18, 19 which is extended to the inside of the each roll 9, 10. The upper roll 9 is mounted freely rotatably around the shaft 18 with one rolling bearing 23 mounted between the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 18 and the inner peripheral surface of that roll 9 and is made rockable in a direction in which the center line of that roll 9 is inclined to the center line of the shaft 18 by the relative motion of the interior of the rolling bearing 23.
