Title:
ROLL FILM FOR PHOTOGRAPH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3675029
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic roll film in which the increase of the roll diameter at the time of winding or edge fog is not caused even when a complicated process to giver back tension to the roll is omitted and enough light shielding property is maintained.
SOLUTION: A groove 11 is formed on the inner wall 7a of a flange 7 of a spool in such a manner that the groove is concentric to the axis 6. The cross section of the groove 11 is flat trapezoid having 0.22mm depth (h) to the bottom 11a. The width D1 of a light-shielding paper 3 is preferably controlled to the inside dimension D2 at normal temp.,(23°C) plus 50 to 100μm, and for example, D1=62.70 to 62.85mm and D2=62.7±0.1mm. Thereby, even when the film is housed under free tension, the film cam be wound around the axis 6 without hooking the side edges of the light-shielding paper 3 on the inner wall 7a. Moreover, by controlling the distance D6 from the edge of the slope 11c the outer edge of the flange 7 to ≤2.2mm, about 320 to 350μm overlapping length between the width D1 and the inside dimension D2 of the spool is obtd., thus preventing the increase in the roll diameter even at -20°C.
