PURPOSE: To easily provide a roll film without warp by neutralizing static electricity while forcibly flowing clear ionized air into the gap between film layers of the roll film wherein film layers are adhered due to static electric charge and rewinding the film roll little by little.
CONSTITUTION: This device has an ionized air generating device 45 and a roll film rewinding device, and the roll film rewinding device has a paper tube gripper 9 inserted into the paper tube 7 of a roll film 8 placed on an upright table 4. This paper tube gripper 9 is fixed to the head of the drive shaft 11 connectedly provided in an inverter motor 12. The paper tube 7 is fixed at the upper end by a paper tube presser 10 and at the lower end by a position adjusting jig 35. A film is rewound while blowing the ionized air obtained by corona discharge into the gap between films from the lower face of the roll film 8 and rotating the roll film 8 in the direction opposite to the winding direction.
