By the vibration roller 10, the upper and the lower surfaces of the roll filter P are vibrated. A suction port 21 is arranged on the upper surface side and the lower surface side of the roll filter P. By this dust collector 20, dust separated from the roll filter P is sucked. A detergent tank 30 for immersing the roll filter P from which the dust is sucked by the dust collector 20 in a washing liquid is configured. On the upper and the lower surface sides of the pulled-out roll filter P, roller brushes 41 are alternately arranged. A brushing machine 40 for brushing both surfaces of the roll filter P in a water tank 42 is configured. A dewatering machine 50 for dewatering the roll filter P in the state of being wound in a roll shape is configured.
