Abstract:
To provide a roll grinding wheel which can be used without being excessively sensitive to the wear of the grinding wheel and reduce the work load, a roll grinding method using the grinding wheel, a metal strip rolling mill with the grinding wheel fitted thereto, and a metal strip manufacturing method in which a roll is ground by the grinding wheel, and the metal strip is guided, carried or rolled.
The roll grinding wheel grinds and removes deposits on the roll, and comprises a grinding wheel protruded so as to be abutted on the roll and a pedestal fitted thereto so that the circumference of the grinding wheel is not brought into contact with the roll, and the pedestal is formed of a resin.
