Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll hemming device having a simple structure which comprises a roller supporting part to fully exert a pressing power of a roller.
SOLUTION: A roller supporting part 20 comprises a slide material 23 which is supported at one edge of a base material 21 allowing a free sliding along the base material 21, a gas spring 22 which is installed between the slide material 23 and other end of the base material 21 and presses the slide part 23 in the downward direction from the base material 21, and a roller 24 which is supported by the axis crossing with the sliding direction of the slide part 23 with a right angle at the protruded end of the slide part 23 allowing free turning. The base material 21 of the roller supporting part 20 is fixed on the secondary axis of the robot arm to enable the roller 24 to change the position in the direction corresponding to the secondary axis of the robot arm.
