Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll hemming machining device capable of achieving an expected purpose with an extremely simple device configuration.SOLUTION: A roller machining unit 27 includes a hemming roller 18, a backup roller 20, and a plurality of guide rollers 21 and 22. A panel is held from a vertical direction together with a hemming die 30A by the prehemming roller 18 and the backup roller 20, and simultaneously the heming die 30A is held from a cross direction by the guide rollers 21 and 22. By turning the panel on the hemming die 30A together with the hemming die 30A, the roller machining unit 27 is relatively moved by a copying operation to faithfully follow the hemming die 30A, the end part of the panel is subjected to prehemming machining.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
