Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform information reading from or writing to a storage medium with high reliability.SOLUTION: A roll mechanism with a shaft RM comprises: a printed tape roll R1 including a roll core 103 around outer periphery of which a printed tape 150 is wound so as to be fed or taken up; a fixed shaft member 106 to rotatably support the roll core 103 of the printed tape roll R1; a memory 107 which is disposed at a shaft end part of a left fixed shaft member 106L, from which information can be read, and to which information can be written; and a terminal part 107a, which is exposed and disposed on a surface of the shaft part of the left fixed shaft part 106L, and which is electrically connected to the memory 107.
