PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely secure an opening and simplify a structure by pressurizing a membrane piece by a spring along with buoyancy acting on a float member, engaging it with a valve seat, and separating the membrane piece from the valve seat by a gravity acting on the float member.
SOLUTION: When a valve is attached to a fuel tank inside and a fuel tank and a mount vehicle is in a vertical position, a fuel is not present in the valve, the maximum gravity acts on a float member 15, the effect of upward deformation of a compression spring 17 is conquered by no buoyancy, and an exit 6 is completely opened. The upward movement of the float member 15 to a closure position can be generated along with the buoyancy by the outward deformation effect of the compression spring 27 caused by either one of the result of excessive filling to a fuel tank increasing the buoyancy acting on the float member 15 and the consequential fuel entry into the valve, or the result of the partial reversion of a vehicle and the fuel tank causing both of the fuel entry into a housing and reduction in the gravity. Therefore, when excessive fuel flows into a reverse or a valve housing, it is guaranteed that the ventilation is closed relative to the leakage of the fuel.
