Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a roll polishing device whose structure is simple and by which manufacturing cost is reduced and whose polishing member is easily replaced and can be replaced without stopping a production line.
CONSTITUTION: An air cylinder 15 which can contact with and separate from a conductor roller 1 and reciprocates a polishing member 16 in the lengthwise direction of the roll 1 is provided, and the polishing member 16 is formed as a structure that sand paper 22 is tensioned through rubber 21, and is installed on a support stand 18 to reciprocate by the air cylinder 15 so as to be replaceable.
