A skin 31 of a shading sheet 21 has a folded part 31a, a mounting hole 31b is formed at the folded part 31a, a holder 17 (a guide 16) is movably and loosely inserted into the folded part 31a, and expansion is carried out to block light in a roof opening accompanied by the unwinding of the shading sheet 21. A line member 32 of the shading sheet 21 is loosely inserted into the mounting hole 31b of the skin 31, and wound and unwound together with the skin 31 accompanied by the winding and unwinding of the shading sheet 21. A loosening preventing part 18 carrying out the loosening prevention of the folded part 31a loosely inserted with the line member 32 is provided in the holder 17 (the guide 16).
