PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of flaws and to improve the quality of products by forming a thermal sprayed layer composed of wear resisting material to be prevented the generation of flaws due to the contact of a flange edge of shape into contact with the side of sleeve body.

CONSTITUTION: A building up by welding hardened layer 17 composed of the powder of wear resisting high alloy of a high-speed steel materials, etc., is formed on the peripheral part of the sleeve body 12A by a powder plasma building up by welding method. On the other hand, the thermal sprayed layer 19 is made on the annular recessed part formed on the side of the sleeve body 12 by thermal spraying the superior materials to the wear resistance and the seizure resistance. The thermal sprayed layer 19 is provided at the range covering the side part with which the flange edges 15A are brought to contact. Thus, the generation of scratched flaws can be prevented.
