To improve handling property of a roll staple for filling to a staple cartridge.

A rear end part of a belt 22 is stock on a tip end part of an outer peripheral side of a roll staple 21 wound in a roll shape by sticking multiple linear staples in parallel with each other, and the belt 22 is wound. The tip end part of the belt 22 is stuck on an outer peripheral surface of the belt 22 wound around the roll staple 21. A width of the belt 22 is formed narrower than the roll staple 21, a tab part 22a having a wide width is formed on its tip end so as to easily find out the tip end of the belt 22. When the tab part 22a is grasped and tensed, the belt 22 is released, and thereby, the belt 22 is separated and taken out from a tip part of the roll staple 21.
