Abstract:
To provide: a reel rotating device for electronic component mounting machine which is used for unwinding and winding a reel and which can prevent a base film from slipping when the base film is wound, make an attach/detach work for a base film wound reel easy, allow an operator to secure a sufficient work space for the attach/detach work and the like even when there are other adjacent feeders or electronic component mounting machines; and a roll-to-roll transfer device for an electronic component mounting machine using the above-mentioned reel rotating device.SOLUTION: A reel rotating device comprises at least two rotating rollers rotating in the same direction and at the same speed and having parallel rotating shafts. The rotating rollers are placed with a reel having flanges each having a diameter larger than the maximum winding diameter of a wound base film so that the reel is rotated by frictional force generated between the rotating rollers and outer circumferences of the respective flanges.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
