To produce an asphalt regenerated material by mainly crushing and grinding an asphalt paving waste material by providing a large main roll to a central part, a rough crushing roll to the peripheral upper stage of the main roll and a fine crushing roll to the obliquely downward stage thereof and provid ing a foreign matter extracting member to an intermediate part to perform a series of rough crushing, foreign matter extracting and fine crushing processes.
The waste material charged from a charging chute is passed through the gap between a main roll 1 and a rough crushing and grinding roll 2 to be crushed to 50mm or less. The crushed pieces with a particle size of 50mm or more in the crushed material or wood pieces or empty cans or the like are discharged to the outside by a foreign matter extracting rotor 4 and a roller conveyor 5. The material with a particle size of 50mm or less is sent to the gap between the main roll 1 and a fine crushing roll 3 and crushed to 10-30mm according to a use to become a regenerated material. This crushing machine is reduced in the generation of dust, noise and vibration. Further, the crushing ratio of the whole is large by a combination of rough crushing and fine crushing and a supplied raw material of 15cm square or less can be made fine up to 13mm square.
