To provide a roll of warp knitted sheet which is not only excellent in form stability, handling, flexibility, formativeness (especially formativeness in width direction of sheet), matrix resin impregnability as a repair reinforcing fiber sheet, but also excellent in form stability as a fiber sheet roll, and to provide a package of the roll of warp knitted sheet, and a method for producing the same.
The roll of warp knitted sheet includes a fabric-knitted yarns forming 3-10 courses of chain stitch wale, carbon fiber yarns inserted in the vertical direction, and the reciprocating frequency of the inserting weft between adjacent chain stitch wales for 2-10 courses is one time, wherein the sheet has a width ratio of W1/W0=0.60-0.95 of the width W1 of the standing warp knitted sheet without load in horizontal direction and the maximum sheet width W0 in adding external force in a horizontal direction, and a width ratio of W2/W0=0.85-1.00 of the width of the wound sheet width W2 in the roll.
