Abstract:
To provide a rolled copper foil that has high conductivity and shows long flexing life even when using a soft copper material, and to provide a method for manufacturing the rolled copper foil.
The rolled copper foil comprises more than 2 mass ppm oxygen and an additive element chosen from the group consisting of Mg, Zr, Nb, Ca, V, Ni, Mn, Ti and Cr in pure copper containing unavoidable impurities.
