To prevent deterioration of battery capacity by arranging one of a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal in the innermost circumference of a roll core of a rolled body and arranging the positive electrode terminal or the negative electrode terminal in an area in which the positive electrode and the negative electrode is not opposed to each other.
A positive electrode lead terminal 27 is formed into a projecting shape protruding in a tongue form to the outside orthogonally to the winding direction in a roll end of a collector 22, and the positive electrode lead terminal 27 and the collector 22 are formed of aluminum material integrally. The positive electrode lead terminal 27 and a lead wire 28 connected to a positive electrode terminal of a battery can are connected together by welding. In the area in which a negative electrode lead terminal 32 is not opposed to a positive electrode body 20, the negative electrode lead terminal 32 is arranged integrally with a negative electrode body 30. After the positive electrode terminal 27 of the positive electrode body 20 is positioned in the right side approximately which the negative electrode lead terminal 32 of the negative electrode body 30 is positioned in the left side part, the positive electrode body 20 and the negative electrode body 30 are wound up via a separator 40 from the winding arrow L direction so as to be formed into a roll-up body. This rolled body is sealed in a battery can, and the lead wire 28 of the positive electrode body 20 is connected to a positive terminal of a metallic can.
