Abstract:
To provide a precise tracing technique of a rolled material in a rolling conveyance line.SOLUTION: A rolled material tracking method tracks a position of a rolled material using a sensor signal for detecting a position of a rolled material and a load detection signal of a rolling machine when the rolled material is conveyed in a rolling facility having a plurality of rolling steps. A rolled material tracking device includes a position detection sensor for detecting that a rolled material is conveyed to a rolling machine, and is conveyed from the rolling machine, rolling load detection means for detecting that the rolled material is rolled by the rolling machine, and means for generating a tracking signal of the rolled material by combining the signal of the position detection sensor and the signal from the detection means of the rolling load. A rolled material conveyance means determines whether or not the rolled material is conveyed by tracking the position of the rolled material using a tracking method of the rolled material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
