To provide a rolled paper storing apparatus capable of having good workability for interchanging and supplementing a rolled paper sheet and smoothly and stably delivering the paper sheet.

The rolled paper storing apparatus is equipped with a rolled paper storing frame 10 storing the rolled paper sheet R1, an engaging shafts 13 and 13 provided so as to be projected and drawn in on the inside of an inner side face of the rolled paper storing frame 10, an elevating/lowering tray 15 placing the rolled paper sheet and being elevated, lowered and movable in the rolled paper storing frame 10, a coil spring 28 acting an upward force to the elevating/lowering tray 15, an eccentric cam 22 which restricts the upper limit of a movable range of the elevating/lowering tray 15 and can change this upper limit position, and link mechanisms 23-27. It is constituted so that by closing an opening/closing door 14 under a condition where the rolled paper sheet is fed into the rolled paper storing frame 10, the eccentric cam 22 is rotated and the upper limit position of the elevating/lowering tray 15 is raised, and the elevating/lowering tray 15 is elevated by a restoring force of the coil spring 28, and a core pipe R10 of the rolled paper sheet R1 is guided to the position of the engaging shafts 13 and 13.
