Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller alignment jig which can suppress the generation of a skew at the manufacturing of a shell-shaped full-type roller bearing, a roller inspection device and a manufacturing method of the shell-shaped full-type roller bearing.SOLUTION: A roller alignment jig 20 used for the manufacturing of a shell-shaped full-type roller bearing 1 comprises an insertion part 22 which makes adjacent rollers 3 contact with each other by eliminating a clearance between the other adjacent rollers 3 except for the rollers 3 by being inserted between the arbitrary adjacent rollers 3 from the inside of a radial direction of an outer ring 2 in a state that a plurality of the rollers 3 are assembled into the outer ring 2. The insertion part 22 has a first side face 23 and a second side face 24 which are reversely inclined with respect to each other, and is formed into a tapered shape at a cross section toward an insertion direction of the insertion part 22 from both-side faces of the first and second side faces. The first and second side faces 23, 24 are formed into first and second contact faces which can line-contact with external peripheral faces 3a of adjacent rollers 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
