Thus, when placing a product W after applying liquid paint on an upper peripheral surface of the driving rollers 1 via the absorbing/adsorbing member 10, the product W can be carried to the next process. During this time, a foreign matter composed of the liquid paint and this drying object sticking to the product W can be absorbed/adsorbed by the absorbing/adsorbing member 10. Thus, the foreign matter can be reliably removed from the product W without requiring separate large-scale equipment and a wide space and without fouling the peripheral surface of the roller parts 1b.
