Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of attachment/detachment work for a roller cutter, and mitigate burdens of an operator.SOLUTION: An attachment/detachment jig 60 for a roller cutter covers a part of the roller cutter exposed on a rear surface side of a cutter head of a shield machine, and includes a main body 70 engaged to the roller cutter in such a way as to disable relative rotation, and a tool connecting part provided on the main body 70 and having a booster gear wrench 90 connected thereto for applying rotational torque to the main body 70. The main body 70 includes a first side wall part 71 placed on a side of a blade of the roller cutter and a second side wall part 72 placed on the other side of the blade of the roller cutter when covered on the roller cutter, and a connecting part 73 disposed over the first side wall part 71 and the second side wall part 72 for integrating the side wall parts. The tool connecting part is provided on an outer surface on the opposite side of an inner surface of the connecting part 73 opposite the roller cutter when the main body 70 covers over the roller cutter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
