Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller feeder type metallic short fiber dispersion device capable of dispersing or filling even metallic short fibers uniformly on a flat plate member.SOLUTION: In a dispersion device 1 for discharging a metallic short fiber raw material supplied into a hopper 6 from a discharge port 7, the discharge port 7 is provided with a roller brush 2 rotatably on which a plurality of thin metallic wires 4 projecting in the radial direction are planted on the outer periphery of a cylindrical or columnar brush base 3, and on the outward of the roller brush 2, an arc face-shaped sieve 5 arranged in parallel with the axial direction of the roller brush and between the tip part of the thin metallic wires 4 at an interval of 1.0-5.0 mm is provided extendedly.
