To provide a roller follower which is used for a large load without any trouble while not increasing the size and the weight thereof.

The roller follower comprises a pair of side walls 2 and 3 facing each other with a space therebetween, a spindle 4 stretched between the side walls 2 and 3, and a roller 5 rotatably provided on the spindle 4 with a predetermined annular space therebetween. An inner ring body 6 which is brought into slidable contact with an inner circumferential surface of the roller 5 as a slide bearing is integrally interference-fitted to the spindle 4 in the annular space between the roller 5 and the spindle 4 so that the load on an outer circumferential surface of the roller 5 is sustained by an outer circumferential surface of the inner ring body 6.
