Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability at the time of cargo handling by enlarging a roller span even at the time of maximum lifting, and simplify a structure by making cross section shapes of an intermediate mast rail and an inner mast rail common.
SOLUTION: According to this roller guide of a forklift cargo handling device, only an intermediate roller 3 of a finger board 1 guided by three upper, intermediate, and lower rollers is formed into a conical roller, and cylindrical rollers are used for an upper roller 2 and a lower roller 4. Front and rear loads and a lateral load at the time of maximum lifting are received by the two of the intermediate roller 3 and the lower roller 4. Or, the upper roller 2 is also formed into a conical roller, and even in any of a lifting position, the front and rear loads and the lateral load are received by two of the upper roller and the lower roller 4.
