Abstract:
To resolve a problem in a roller hearth type heat treat furnace wherein a conveyance roller is elastically deformed by influences of heat and a load of a work.
In the roller hearth type heat treat furnace provided with a hearth 3 comprising the conveyance roller 2 in an interior of a furnace body 1, a work lifting means 4 for temporarily lifting up the work 12 on the hearth 3 is provided in the furnace body 1, the work 12 is lifted while continuing rotation of the conveyance roller 2 during heat treatment, and no load is applied to the conveyance roller 2 during this time.
