Abstract:

To provide a roller leveler in which either thick or thin material to be straightened can be straightened with the same number of upper and lower work rolls.

The roller leveler (10) is provided with a plurality of upper work rolls (14) and a plurality of lower work rolls (16) with which the pass line (PL1) of the material to be straightened is stipulated. The plurality of the upper work rolls and the plurality of the lower work rolls are respectively movable in the elongation direction of the pass line and the new pass line (PL2) is stipulated with the plurality of the upper work rolls after movement and the plurality of the lower work rolls after movement.
