Abstract:
To provide a roller lifter which enables improvement of fluidity of lubrication oil for lubricating a roller.SOLUTION: A roller lifter 20 includes: a lifter body 30 which reciprocates in a sliding manner in a slide hole 12 of a lifter guide 11 and has a pair of facing walls 33 facing each other; a shaft member 41 in which both end parts 41A are supported by the pair of facing walls 33; and a roller 40 which is rotatably supported through a bearing 42 by the shaft member 41 and rotatably contacts with a cam 50 provided at a cam shaft 51. Each facing wall 33 is formed with a lubrication oil discharge groove 60 which includes at least a part of an area facing the bearing 42 and opens to the lower end side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
