A roller mill device 10 includes: a housing 18; a rotating unit 34 having a rotary shaft 38 extending in a vertical direction; a table 40 disposed in the housing 18 in a state of being fixed to the rotary shaft 38, and having an annular crushing surface 42 concentric with the rotary shaft 38; a roller unit 50 which has a roller 62 for crushing raw material in cooperation with the crushing surface 42 of the table 40, and is pivotally supported by the housing 18 so as to be swingable around a swing axis in a horizontal direction; and a swing regulation unit 66 for regulating a swing range of the roller unit 50. The swing regulation unit 66 includes: a housing side contact part 70 provided at the housing 18; a roller unit side contact part 68 provided at the roller unit 50, and capable of being in contact with the housing side contact part 70; and a cushioning part 72 for alleviating impact when the housing side contact part 70 and the roller unit side contact part 68 come into contact with each other.
