To provide a roller pump in which an attaching space on the outer side face of a device main body is reduced when being attached to a transfusion device or the like and a tube can be set so as not to be detached from the outer periphery of a rotor.
The roller pump 20 comprises a housing, a rotor 30 rotatably mounted inside the housing, a plurality of rollers 36 supported on the outer periphery of the rotor 30, and a cover member 22 attached to the housing so as to be opened and closed, and the rollers 36 are squeezed in the length direction of the tube 19 while press-closing the tube 19 by the rotation of the rotor 30 to feed liquid. The rotor 30 is supported by a rotary shaft 26 roughly in parallel to the front surface (21) of the housing, a part of the outer periphery is exposed in an arch shape from a front surface 16 and disposed, the tube 19 is housed in a curved recess 49 on the inner surface of the cover member 22, and attachment to the housing is performed so as to pressurize the tube 19 with the outer periphery of the rotor 30.
