Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for nip pressure adjustment by contriving to reproduce the same constant nip pressure at the time of roller replacement or the like.
SOLUTION: A roller holder 25 provided with a holding rod 36 for holding a mixing roller 29 is freely oscillatably fixed at one end to a frame and freely detachably at the other end to the frame. A pressure adjust bolt 33 for slidably holding the holding rod 36 is screwed to a threaded hole 31a of a fulcrum pin 31 and fixed by a fixing screw 34. An antifriction bearing 30 of a shaft end portion of the mixing roller 29 that fits to guide surfaces 25a, 25b of the roller holder 25 is held by an arcuate surface 36a of a distal end head portion 36b of the holding rod 36. A compressed coil spring 38 is disposed between the head portion 36b and the pressure adjust bolt 33.
