The roller table includes a plurality of transport rollers having the electric insulation layer on the surface of a metallic roll main body, sends a bloom and a steel material to the induction heating apparatus, and transports them to an ensuing stage. At least one of the transport rollers which constitute the roller table is composed of a noninsulated roller not having the electric insulation layer. A circuit which connects the noninsulated roller and the metal part of the transport roller having the electric insulation layer is provided to detect energization.
