A roller transfer device for transferring a dampening form roller 135 which is supported by a lever 137 is equipped with: inner frames 11 and 12 which are detachably supported between a pair of frames 100; a supporting plate 37 for supporting the roller 135; and supporting-member transfer means 14-36 which are supported by the inner frames 11 and 12, so as to movably support the supporting plate 37 between a first position close to the roller 135 which is supported by a lever 137, and a second position on the leading-end side of the inner frames 11 and 12. The inner frames 11 and 12 have guide surfaces for guiding the transfer of the roller 135 between the second position and a third position near an end surface of the frame 100.
