PURPOSE: To prevent the application of local load to a housing by storing stoppers restraining the rotation of a frame in cylinders, supporting the stoppers by pressure mediums connected by ducts and receiving the rotating force of the frame by means of respective stoppers.

CONSTITUTION: Supporting bars 21a-21f for supporting stoppers 20a-20f receiving the rotating force of a frame 9 are connected with pistons 24a-24c fixed to a housing 19 and set in respective cylinders 23a-23c in which pressure mediums 25 are stored, and the pressure mediums 25 in respective cylinders 23a-23c are connected with ducts 26. When a crushing ring 1 is rotated, simultaneously rollers 2 and a frame 9 are about to start rotating integrally in the rotating direction of the crushing ring. At that time, the rotating force of the frame 9 is transmitted to the pressure mediums 25 in respective cylinders 23a-23c and received by the pressure of the pressure mediums 25. The pressure mediums 25 in respective cylinders 23a-23c are connected together by ducts 26 and the pressure of the pressure mediums in respective cylinders is equalized.
