PURPOSE: To apply each revolution phase at both the edges of a rolling body and apply each skew without obstructing the revolution movement of the rolling body which varies irregularly.
CONSTITUTION: An oil clutch controller is constituted of two relative displacement output gears which revolve integrally with a rolling body 3 and applies each phase at both the edges of the rolling body 3, two input gears 10 and 11 for inputting phase, and an idler gear 8 which freely revolves for applying the phase input displacement to the output gear, offsetting the revolution speed difference between two pairs of gears, and a skew is applied to the rolling body 3 by operating the displacement input gear without obstructing the revolution of the rolling body 3, and the torque transmitted to the output shaft from the input shaft is smoothly increased and decreased by the traction of the oil film of the rolling body 3.
