Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller unit capable of easily fixing a fixed member and a roller body such as a blocking member and a bearing, and preventing a fixing member from dropping even though it is used under conditions that mechanical vibrations are conveyed.
SOLUTION: A drive unit 35 comprised of a motor 33 and a reduction gear 34 is housed into the inside of the roller body 6 in a roller 3 with a built-in motor, and both ends of the roller body 6 are blocked by a blocking members 7. The roller body 6 and the blocking members 7 are integrated by a fitting structure 65 formed by acting external force on a position corresponding to a hollow portion 22 of the blocking members 7 at the outside of the roller body 6 and by a plastic deformation. Thus, position deviations to peripheral and axial directions between the roller body 6 and the blocking members 7 and falling-out of the blocking members 7 does not occur in the roller 3 with a built-in motor.
