Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rollerless conveyor belt effectively prevented in the meandering of a belt main body by preventing that both end parts in the lateral direction of a belt main body are warped upwardly on a carrier side to effectively prevent the generation of an air leak and preventing the generation of an air sump on a return side to prevent an increase in running resistance.
SOLUTION: The belt main body 11 of a rollerless conveyor belt is constituted of upper and lower cover rubbers 8, 9 between which core canvas 7 is interposed and the ratio of the wall thickness T of the upper cover rubber 8 and the wall thickness (t) is set, for example, to 3:1, 4:1 to 5:1 and an ultrahigh mol.wt. polyethylene sheet 20 is arranged between the rear surface of the core canvas 7 and the lower cover rubber 9 to be integrally formed.
