In the rolling apparatus, a first ball screw shaft 21 for slidably supporting a first holding stand 31 for holding a first rolling tool 41 to move downward in the rolling operation is mounted to an upper side frame 101 so as to be fixed in the axial direction, and the first ball screw shaft 21 is mounted to a lower side frame 102 so as to be movable in the axial direction, and a second ball screw shaft 22 for slidably supporting a second holding stand 32 for holding a second rolling tool 42 to move upward from below in the rolling operation is mounted to the upper side frame 101 so as to be movable in the axial direction, and the second ball screw shaft 22 is mounted to the lower side frame 102 so as to be fixed in the axial direction.
