Abstract:

To provide a rolling bearing device suitable to prevent a rotation sensor from making erroneous detection in cases where moment load is exerted thereon.

A thin-type motor 100 includes a closs-roller bearing 14 comprising an inner ring 14a and an outer ring 14b, a stator 22 supported by the inner ring 14a, a rotor 12 supported by the outer ring 14b, a motor part 16 giving turning torque to the rotor 12, and a resolver 30 for detecting a rotation angle position of the rotor 12. The resolver 30, the roller bearing 14, and the motor part 16 are disposed on a same radial plane in this order from the radially inner side, while the resolver 30 and the motor part 16 are directly fixed to the roller bearing 14 without using any member. A differential resolver is employed as the resolver 30.
