To solve a problem of deteriorating specially obtained surface run-out accuracy by influence of strain when fixing a brake disc rotor to a hub flange since the strain is generated in the hub flange by press-in force by pressing hub bolts in the hub flange though the brake disc rotor of a rolling bearing device for a wheel is installed on the hub flange of a hub wheel in a state of improved surface run-out accuracy by prepolishing.
The brake disc rotor 20 is fixed to an installing flange 18 of the hub wheel 11 by using an installing bolt 23 and a nut member 24 for the rotor, and since a braking surface of the brake disc rotor 20 is polished in this state, the strain is generated in the installing flange 18 when pressing the installing bolt 23 in the installing flange 18, and even when the brake disc rotor 20 is influenced by the strain, polishing is performed so as to eliminate influence of the strain by polishing work so that required surface accuracy can be obtained.
