The rolling bearing device with the measuring function comprises a non-rotational bearing ring 2, a rotational bearing ring 4, at least one train of rolling elements 6 arranged between a raceway 3 of the non-rotational bearing ring 2 and a raceway 5 of the rotational bearing ring 4, a detecting assembly 10 having a non-rotation sensor assembly 12 and a rotation encoder 11 for detecting rotation parameters, and an elastic member 25 locked in the axial direction by the sensor assembly for giving axial preload to a rolling bearing. The elastic member 25 has a circular shape with its outer diameter smaller than or equal to an outer ring 2 of the bearing. The elastic member has a supporting face abutting on an element outside the bearing device. With the reaction of the element outside the bearing device, axial force in the opposite direction to the detecting assembly works directly or indirectly on the non-rotational bearing ring.
