To provide a rolling bearing device capable of suppressing difference in temperature between an inner ring and an outer ring of a rolling bearing during operation to a small extent by an inexpensive method to prevent the occurrence of excessive pre-load of the bearing due to thermal expansion.
This rolling bearing device has the inner ring 3a, the outer ring 3b, and a plurality of rolling bodies provided between raceway surfaces of these inner and outer rings, and the inner ring 3a becomes a rotation side and the outer ring 3b becomes a fixed side. The grease prepared by blending a high heat conductive medium is filled into at least one clearance selected from among a clearance between inner ring inside diameter and shaft outside diameter and a clearance between outer ring outside diameter and housing inside diameter which are interference fitted. The medium having high thermal conductivity is at least one powder selected from among copper, silver, and aluminum.
