To provide a rolling bearing device capable of suppressing vibration of a flange part even if a bolt is press-fitted to a bolt insertion hole of the flange part.
The hub unit 1 (rolling bearing device) includes an outer ring 2 (non-rotation wheel) fixed to a knuckle 20 (vehicle body side member); and a hub wheel 3 (rotation wheel) for fixing a brake disc rotor 30 (wheel side member) at a wheel mounting flange part 3c (flange part). On the wheel mounting flange part 3c, the bolt insertion hole 3d press-fitted with the bolt 6 for mounting the brake disc rotor 30 is formed. A chamfered part 3e is formed on an opening end peripheral edge of the bolt insertion hole 3d. In the state that the bolt 6 is contacted and inserted to the bolt insertion hole 3d and the chamfered part 3e before the bolt 6 is press-fitted to the bolt insertion hole 3d, a center line O1 of the bolt insertion hole 3d and a center line O2 of the chamfered part 3e are offset such that a male screw part 6c of the bolt is alignedly directed to an outer side in a radial direction.
