A rolling bearing device 1 includes: an outer ring 2 having an outer ring raceway 2a on the inner periphery; an inner ring 3 having an inner ring raceway 3a on the outer periphery; and a plurality of rolling elements 4 arranged between the outer ring raceway 2a and the inner ring raceway 3a. Two circular planes 4b parallel to each other on both sides of a rotation axis 4d are formed on the plurality of rolling elements 4, and the rolling elements have spherical rolling contact surfaces 4a between the circular planes 4b. The device has a guide ring 6 on which a discal guide surface 6c is formed facing the circular plane 4b, on at least one sides of the plurality of rolling elements 4 in the axial direction. The guide surface 6c of the guide ring 6 contains a pitch circle of the plurality of rolling elements 4.
