Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a piezoelectric element and a vibration plate, which a pump of an oil supply unit has, hardly separate in a rolling bearing device including the oil supply unit.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing device 10 includes a bearing part 20 which has an inner ring 21, an outer ring 22, plural balls 23 and a cage 24, and an oil supply unit 40 which is provided axially adjacent to an annular space 11 formed between the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22 and comprises a pump 43 having a piezoelectric element 55 operated for discharging lubrication oil to the annular space 11. The pump 43 further has a body part 54 which has an internal space 54a for storing the lubrication oil 3 and a housing space 54b for housing the piezoelectric element 55, and a vibration plate 56 which partitions the housing space 54b and the internal space 54a and to which the piezoelectric element 55 is bonded. The oil supply unit 40 further comprises a cover 57 which is a separate body from the body part 54 and closes an opening of the housing space 54b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
