Abstract:
To provide a rolling bearing possible to control a preload to be applied to an outer ring as a unit.
This rolling bearing comprises an inner ring 30 having an inner ring raceway in the outer peripheral surface, an outer ring 32 having an outer ring raceway in the inner peripheral surface, and a cylindrical roller 34 turnably arranged between the inner ring raceway and the outer ring raceway. The outer ring 32 is structured of a plurality of divided rings 32a and 32b. A preload to be applied to the outer ring 32 is set small.
